Magnetude Robotics recently had the honor of traveling to Huntsville, Alabama to participate in the prestigious Human Exploration Rover Challenge, hosted by NASA. Competing in the High School RC division, this marked our team’s first year entering the competition.
We are proud to share that we placed 4th internationally—a remarkable achievement for our first appearance. This milestone reflects the dedication, innovation, and perseverance of our team.

Our Safety Officer and Documentation Lead had the incredible opportunity to meet and connect with fellow participants from Colombia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, and Dominican Republic. Moments like these remind us that STEM and innovation transcend borders, and we’re proud to be part of a global community of young engineers and coders.
At Magnetude Robotics, we are dedicated to making a positive impact in our community by promoting STEM education. Through events like the annual STEAM-A-PALOOZA and the Rutherford County STEM Fair 2025, we continue to engage and inspire young students to explore the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and math.

We’re currently accepting underclassmen and rising juniors—no new rising seniors—to ensure long-term involvement and mentorship within the program.
